The Young Professionals Alliance was formed by two young inspirational leaders Mark and Dennis who at the time felt young entrepreneurs needed a network of like minded individuals to share ideas and create relationships together.
Six years later YPA continues to provide platforms, events, functions, seminars and recreation activities to allow young entrepreneurs build their networks and make long lasting relationships.
We have internship nights inviting guest speakers from various industries such as accounting, law, IT, telecommunications and many more to learn what career opportunities are available. We invite keynote speakers to showcase insights of their industry so you can learn how to leverage off a particular market.
The YPA is a collection of members spread across the many facets of commerce, hospitality, telecommunications and engineering to help each other to achieve their goals and objectives.
Both work related and personal.
Each committee member is dedicated to help it’s members enhance their potential and act as a mentor for success. There are regular gatherings and seminars throughout the year for current members to further strengthen the existing relationships and for future members to learn the values of YPA.
The Alliance is a continuance of energy that never stops to improve it’s current position and value it brings to it’s members and the local community. Our committee members devote their own personal time to find ways to help each other and it’s members to pursue their dreams. Whether it’s a new career, new business relationships, new business ideas or just a casual chat, they’re always here to help.
We believe in creating true relationships not networks. We are here to make friends and only by doing so will we see a long lasting relationship with mutual benefits.
